Eastern County Council: Acting as technical advisor for the stages in the procurement of a new router based council WAN and LAN.
Eastern County Council: Internet and Intranet consultancy including ongoing programme of Internet training and awareness for council employees and reviews of the Council's Internet Security.
Eastern County Council: Design of a new messaging strategy including migration from UNIPLEX and a number of PC based systems.

Scottish City Council: Quality assurance and advisory role in a full outsourcing under PPP, following on from a number of desktop, Internet and eGovernment projects.
Midlands City Council: Consultancy assignment to review operating system strategy.

North West District Council: Develop a new IT Strategy and obtain approval from council members.
Western District Council: Assistance designing and implementing an Internet and eGovernment Strategy
Rural District Council: Review of Council's Network Strategy, assistance with the EU procurement and installation of the new network.
Rural District Council: Specification and OJEC procurement of a complete range of networked financial applications including revenues, housing, AP/GL, NNDR and cash receipting.

North West Metropolitan Borough Council: Project to verify and update a previous telephony study. Management and production of procurement documentation leaving to appointment of preferred supplier.
North London Borough: Review of the strategy to deliver the eGovernment and modernising agenda resulting in a full outsourcing and procurement under PPP.
Central London Borough: eGovernment consultancy assignment to produce an Internet and Intranet strategy for the Borough and assist in the procurement process.
North East London Borough: Root and branch review of communications systems within the Borough including voice, data and mobile networks.

Rural Borough Council: Assignment to assess the effects of a strategic migration from a mainframe environment to client server systems.

Social Services Dept: Assessing the use of Intranet technology for a new social services system and designing an Intranet strategy template
Division of the MOD: Full review, new strategy and subsequent procurement of very high performance and high availability message switching systems.
